Identify why you are showing as unavailable on your booking page with our powerful Troubleshoot Availability tool.
This feature is available on all plans.
YouCanBookMe integrates directly with your Google or Outlook calendar to check for conflicts and find out which times we can show you as available for online bookings. In your settings, you create additional rules for your availability, like how long each appointment is, and if there should be padding between appointments, etc.
When you’ve got everything set up the way you need it, check your live booking page link to make sure your availability is showing as you would expect.
If it isn’t, don’t worry! There’s usually a very simple reason and you can use our Troubleshoot Availability tool to find out and fix it quickly!
There are a couple of ways to activate it:
1. Within your Edit settings of a booking page, on the right hand side of the page on the Preview window, there is a link named Troubleshoot Availability
2. Visiting your live booking page when you are logged in, and clicking `Troubleshoot Availability` from the menu item in the top right
Unavailable dates and times will be indicated with a dotted line. If you click an unavailable time, you will see a message explaining the reason for unavailability, and action to resolve it. Only the person who is logged in and the administrator of the page can see the messages.
You can also filter the page to only show unavailable times. On the left hand side of your booking page, check the checkbox `Show unavailable times only`.
