If you’ve ever wondered whether the email or SMS you’ve set to be sent for your bookings was successfully sent, look no further than your Bookings page.
Our Notifications timeline lists all the completed and upcoming notifications for each booking - confirmations, SMS, reminders, and follow-ups.
This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.
Overview of the Notifications timeline
Head to the Bookings dashboard, and then click the three dots to open the booking's details.
Click "Notifications timeline" on the right side to see all the scheduled actions for that booking.
The actions timeline will let you know if a notification was sent successfully and allow you to resend the notification. Simply click "Resend" to send another notification to the booker (or yourself).
Please note that SMS credits are required to send SMS notifications. If you have a failed SMS notification, go to the Accounts page to see how many SMS credits are available and to buy more.
