Our powerful Notifications workflow means you can create customized emails and updates to as many people or software systems as you need. We have created some popular notification templates to help get you started. You can find these in your booking page settings on the right hand of the Notifications.

How to add a notification to your workflow
Click the + symbol to add one of these notifications to your booking page.
When it has been added, you can click on the notification to customize it. Don’t forget to edit the To and From addresses and the subject line to differentiate it. Use Shorthand Codes to make the notification specific to each booking.
You can add additional notifications to your booking page, including a confirmation of cancel or reschedule to your booker, or confirmation emails to your team members.
