How to set up a no-show notification
You have the option to set up a webhook, email, or SMS notification to send to your booker when they are marked a no-show.
1. Navigate to your Dashboard, find the booking page, and click the pencil icon to Edit settings
2. Click Additional options > Notifications > If booking marked as no-show
3. Click the "+" to add a notification for email, SMS, or webhook.
SMS credits are required to send SMS notifications. You can purchase credits in your Account Settings.
4. Finally, decide when to send this notification.
To send immediately, set to 0 minutes after a booking is marked as a no-show. Additionally, you can use our email template or create a customized message to be sent to the booker.
How to mark a booking as a no-show and cancel any follow-up notifications
1. Go to the Bookings page after the meeting has started. You can mark a booking as a no-show up until 1 week after the booking start time passes.
2. On the booking you want to mark as a no-show, click the three dots, then Mark as no-show.
3. On the pop-up modal, confirm which notifications you want to send to your booker. Keep the box checked to send the notification, and uncheck the box to prevent the notification from sending.
4. If necessary, edit any notification to customize the content before sending.
5. Click "Mark as no-show" to confirm the actions and send the designated notifications.
If you've marked a booking a no-show by accident, use the undo link in the green confirmation pop-up to undo the action.
