Updating your calendar preferences
- To find the calendar layout options, edit the booking page, and go to Additional options to locate the Styles & display setting.
- Choose the layout your bookers will see when they visit your booking page and hit Save to update your new calendar preferences. Don't forget to review your live booking page to see the new layout.
The Agenda View
The Agenda View displays your bookable availability for multiple days at a time. If you wish to add a fixed end date to limit your availability, you can modify the end date in the booking page settings under Availability rules.
1. Using the Settings Search Bar, locate the fixed end-date setting and add a date.
The Month View
The Month View is a simple way to show what days of the month you have open availability. Once a booker clicks on a date that works for them, they will see available times displayed to choose from.
Day View
The Day View displays your daily availability. So if you want to display the next upcoming day and time you are available and get booked quickly, use the Day calendar layout to show the soonest time you are available daily.

2. Can I embed a booking page calendar on my website?
- YCBM booking pages can be embedded on websites. We offer an embed script for each booking page that you can obtain directly from your dashboard. To access a booking page embed script, go to your booking page settings, click on the blue Share button in the upper right corner, and locate the Embed.
