Welcome and thank you for choosing YCBM for all your scheduling needs! In this article, you'll learn how to set up your first booking page, view upcoming bookings, and explore our support resources.
How to create your first booking page
As you create your YCBM account for the first time, we'll guide you through our onboarding flow. Let's start by choosing a meeting duration and setting up your availability.
1. Click the drop-down arrow to select a meeting duration.
2. Customize your availability by clicking "Edit." You can select the days and times you are available to meet. For instance, you can set availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
3. Once updated, click "Next step" to continue setting up your page.
4. Let's add a title to your booking page. In this example, I will call this page, "Welcome to YCBM!"
5. Finally, choose how you want to meet your bookers. The options are Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, providing an address, or no location. In this example, I will meet with clients through Zoom.
6. You did it! Click "Create my booking page." You'll be directed back to your dashboard where you can view your new booking page.
If you have not yet integrated your video conferencing tool, you will be promoted to sync your accounts. Once you've completed this step, you'll be directed back to your dashboard.
How to view upcoming bookings
After you have made a test booking to confirm your booking page is set up to your liking, click "View all bookings" to familiarize yourself with the Bookings page.
1. Click the three dots to view the booking details, rebook, reschedule, or cancel the booking.
2. To view the booking form details, add notes to the booking, and see which notifications were sent and what's coming up next, simply click on "Details."
If you encounter any difficulties with a booking, please reach out to our Support team and provide the Booking reference number.
