Keep your meeting notes all in one place!
Do you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to leave a comment after a meeting, jot down a reminder for the next steps, or provide a heads-up to a team member before a meeting takes place? If so, you'll be pleased to know that you can now do all this using booking notes! You can add a note directly to the booking details page before or after the meeting. This note is private and will only be visible to you.
This feature is available on the Professional and Teams plans.
In this article:
Create your notes
- View bookings from all your booking pages by clicking Bookings at the top navigation bar in the YouCanBookMe dashboard.
- Simply select the booking where you want to leave a note.
- You can just enter your notes in the specified note fields. It will auto-save.
Anyone member of your account with access to the booking will be able to view the note in the booking details. Your bookers will not be able to see the note.
Exporting Booking Notes
All notes will be included in your bookings export spreadsheet.
And, with our new HubSpot integration, any new note will be automatically included in the booker's meeting record in HubSpot.
Coming soon, you'll also be able to see the notes in any new Zapier zaps.
