How to access your analytics
You can find your Analytics dashboard on the Analytics tab. Insights like these are key to understanding how people interact with your booking page links and your business.
YCBM Analytics
- Total bookings: This number shows the total bookings made across your pages in the last 30 days.
- Insights: This is a breakdown of your bookings by status: cancelled, rescheduled, and no shows.
- Popular pages: Check out your five most booked pages along with the number of bookings made on each one!
- SMS sent: This number reflects the total SMS notifications sent in the last 30 days. You’ll also see how many credits you have left and the option to buy more!
- Payments received: This number represents the total amount of payments you’ve received in the last 30 days.
How to filter your booking data to a specific time range
YouCanBookMe provides booking data for the last 7 or 30 days, or up to 5,000 bookings. Click on the time frame to filter your payments received, SMS sent, popular pages, and get a breakdown of your no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduled bookings for yesterday, the last 7 days, or even the past 30 days.
