When you're setting up your booking page, you'll get to select a single calendar for YouCanBookMe to automatically add your bookings to. But if you want to include the booking in several calendars, you can use the "Invite Participants to your calendar event" feature. This article guides you through the setup process.

How to add new bookings to multiple calendars
Under Additional options: Calendar events, you can add the email addresses of your extra calendar accounts or your colleague's email. This way, any new bookings made through your booking page will be added to their calendars too.
When you include emails here, those participants will see the event pop up on their calendars. Feel free to add or remove participant emails below, or you can choose to disable this option if you'd like to offer a separate booker calendar event.
If you choose to turn off this setting, we suggest including "Add to calendar" buttons in the booker notifications. This will help ensure they can manually add the booking to their calendar and help minimize no-shows.
The tag "All booking form emails" will automatically fill with all the email addresses your client enters on your booking form. This means the event will automatically be added to your client’s calendar as well.
How to check multiple team members' availability and ensure everyone receives the booking
You may also be checking multiple team members availability on a single booking page, and need to invite all parties to the booking.
Generating unique Zoom links on mutual availability booking pages
For booking pages that are checking multiple team members' availability, YCBM will generate a Zoom link from the Account Owner's integrated Zoom account.
If the booking page is for someone else other than the Account Owner, use a static video conference link in the Event Location.
