When your client books time with you or someone on your team, an calendar invitation email will be sent from your integrated calendar account.
Your booker is automatically added as a confirmed guest, and the event will be added to their calendar as well. You can change the calendar account that sends the invitation email by changing the account integrated with YouCanBookMe.
This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.
Change the Creator or Organizer for a standard booking page
Your calendar account email will be listed as the Creator or Organizer for all events booked onto any calendars in that account. This same calendar account will be listed on the calendar invitation email.
To switch the calendar account displayed in your calendar invite emails or on the event itself, ensure the new account is linked with YouCanBook.me. Then, pick the right calendar from that new account on your booking page under the "Who" section, calendar, and teams.
Change the Organizer on a team booking page
This feature is available on Teams plan.
On a team booking page, to show a team member as the Organizer on bookings, you need to connect to the team members calendar through the calendar account they've shared with you as a Contributor.
A team member may have shared their calendar with a colleague, so their calendar may appear more than once in the calendar list. Ensure you are selecting their calendar from their personal calendar account so they are listed as the Organizer on bookings made through YouCanBook.me.
In the "Who" section, update each Team Member by choosing the appropriate calendar from the shared calendars available to you. Look for the icon next to a calendar account to identify those that have been shared with you.
