If your meetings are taking place virtually, they may be taking place on Zoom. Use YCBM to generate unique Zoom links for all of the bookings you receive through your booking page. That means no gate crashing between your meetings, and less confusion on where to meet for your client.

Integrate your Zoom account
From the Integrations section of your Account settings, scroll down to Integrate with additional services and click Connect under Zoom.
Zoom will prompt you to log in to your account, and then ask you to authorize the integration. Data about your Zoom account is encrypted at rest.
Connect to your team members' Zoom account
- If you're setting up a booking page for a member of your team, you'll want to make sure they've shared their Zoom credentials with you on the Team Management page.
- On the booking page you're setting up, whether for a single person or everyone on your team, you'll need navigate to Calendar & Teams to toggle Teams on to connect to their Zoom account.
- Under each team member, click Video conferencing And then select Zoom as the Event Location.

Add the Zoom link to your calendar event
On any of your booking pages, you can choose to set Zoom as your event location on the event that is added to your calendar when you receive a new booking. This will add the unique Zoom link to the location field of the calendar event.
Navigate to What/Event details & Location. Click on Add event location, and select Zoom from the dropdown list.
If Invite participant to calendar event is toggled on for your booking page, new bookings will also be added to your client's calendar with the same Zoom link in the location field.

The unique Zoom link will become active 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. To start the meeting with your client, simply click on the link in your calendar, and it will open the Zoom client on your device.
Add Zoom link to your confirmation & reminder emails
Under Notifications Actions, you can use the shorthand code {ZOOM} to add the unique Zoom link to your confirmation and reminder emails. Be sure to include this shorthand code so your client can easily access the meeting link.
Password-protected Zoom links
YouCanBookMe will automatically embed the passcode for your booking directly in your unique booking link. When your booker clicks on the link they will be taken to the meeting right away, without having to enter a passcode.
In your Zoom settings, make sure the option to Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join is toggled on.
If you are not able to adjust this setting in your Zoom account or prefer to have Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join toggled off, you'll need to manually include the passcode with your bookings using {ZOOM-PASSWORD}.
Add the shorthand code {ZOOM-PASSWORD} to any email template under Notifications Actions where you want the booker to view the passcode for the booking. We recommend adding it to the reminder email that is sent before the booking, and to the body of the calendar event.
Joining your Zoom meeting
Meetings booked through YouCanBookMe will appear on your Zoom dashboard within 24 hours of the booking start time.
To join your Zoom meeting, simply click on the YouCanBookMe generated link at the start of your meeting from your calendar event or reminder email. Remember to log into the same Zoom account you've integrated with YouCanBookMe so that you will be recognized as the host of the meeting.
You'll also want to send a reminder email to your booker before the start of the meeting with the Zoom details.
