Share Zoom meeting details

Once your client has booked a time with you, the Zoom meeting details will be automatically added to the calendar event and emails. Follow this guide to share the same details with your clients via SMS. 

This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.

Add Zoom meeting details to confirmation & reminder emails

If you've integrated your Zoom account with YCBM, a unique Zoom link will be added to the "Location" field on the confirmation and reminder emails. 

Add Zoom meeting details to the calendar event

There's no need to manually add a Zoom link to the calendar event. Similar to emails, YCBM will automatically add a unique Zoom link to the calendar event after a new booking is made.

If Invite participant to your calendar event is toggled on, new bookings will also be added to your client's calendar with the same Zoom link in the location field. 

Share Zoom meeting details via SMS

Use the shorthand code {ZOOM-LINK} to share the Zoom link with your client via text message. 

1. Add {ZOOM-LINK} to the Confirmation SMS to booker message.
2. Your client's SMS application will automatically hyperlink the URL so they will just click to join the meeting.
