Integrate your Zoom account

1. Click on your initials in the top right of your account. 

2. Choose Integrations. 
3. Scroll down to Integrations and extensions and select Zoom.
4. If not already logged into your Zoom account, Zoom will prompt you to log in to your account, and then ask you to authorize the integration. 

Set Zoom as your event location on a booking page

Set Zoom as your event location and YCBM will automatically create unique Zoom links for each of your bookings on your calendar. You can also easily share these details with your clients in the confirmation and reminder emails, helping reduce no-shows.

1. Is a paid Zoom account required to integrate with YouCanBook.me?

   • No, you can integrate a free Zoom account with YouCanBook.me as well. Video meetings will be limited to the free 40-minute duration. 

2. Data about your Zoom account is encrypted at rest.

3. Who has to grant Zoom pre-approval?

   • Depending on your Zoom account security settings, you may be asked to give pre-approval. If you are your own Zoom admin, you can grant the pre-approval and then authorize the integration.

   • If you are not able to grant pre-approval, you'll need to contact the administrator of your Zoom account to approve our third-party access before you can continue with the integration.
