Click on your initials in the top right of your account.
- Choose Integrations.
- Scroll down to Integrations and extensions and select Zoom.
- If not already logged into your Zoom account, Zoom will prompt you to log in to your account, and then ask you to authorize the integration.

Who has to grant Zoom pre-approval?

Depending on your Zoom account security settings, you may be asked to give pre-approval. If you are your own Zoom admin, you can grant the pre-approval and then authorize the integration.
