YouCanBookMe will automatically embed the passcode for your booking directly in your unique booking link. When your booker clicks on the link they will be taken to the meeting right away, without having to enter a passcode.
This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.

How to share the Zoom passcode with clients
- In your Zoom settings, make sure the option to "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join" is toggled on.
- If you are not able to adjust this setting in your Zoom account, or prefer to have this setting toggled off, you'll need to manually include the passcode in the emails.
- Add the shorthand code {ZOOM-PASSWORD} to any email template under Notifications where you want the booker to view the meeting passcode.
- We recommend adding {ZOOM-PASSWORD} to the reminder email that is sent before the booking, and to the calendar event description.
